Download the ISO:

IMPORTANT! - Download only from the AV Linux Website to be assured of the most recent secure versions with accompanying md5's. No outside forums, blogs or LiveCD Vendors have my permission to distribute AV Linux or directly link to my ISO ftp. Allen Tate's torrent site linked here is the only torrent site with permission to distribute an AV Linux torrent.

AV Linux versions are primarily identified by the version number (ie 3.1). Occasionally updated or fixed ISO's are released within versions and these are dated with a YYYYMMDD number (ie avlinux3.1-20100302-lxde-i386-en) The more recent the date...the newer the version of AV Linux.
