AV Linux Packages

This page is to simplify obtaining AV Linux Debian packages from several ftp folders. It is divided into 3 separate sections:

1. Debian Packages - Packages that use proper Debian packaging methods and will fix their own dependencies when installed. Ardour, Guitarix and JCGui packages can usually be found here.

2. Checkinstall Packages - Debian Packages made with Checkinstall, These are built with AV Linux but will not fix their own dependencies when installed so they come with no guarantee. These packages are built from source code that is either not in the Debian Repositories yet or are custom built with options that differ from the official Debian ones.

3. Kernel Packages - These are custom built Realtime and Desktop Kernel packages from www.kernel.org built with the Debian "kpkg" Utility. These are intended for AV Linux but should work with most Debian Distributions.
